Message in 3 different places, Trans in 2 places and to the body in 1 place. This creates a lot of flex and movement in the shifter assy.

The Zspeed solid mount removes all the flex created by the stock rubber mounting points.

It also takes a lot of the strain off the shifter U-joint going to the transmission and also as mentioned, will never break causing your shifter to fall down and bounce off the driveshaft, It sucks when it happens (ask me how I know)
